Athletics

Athletics holds two very different pieces, and both earn the shelf. Femke Bol’s 400m hurdles camp is the sport itself: Olympic lifts, plyometrics after the heavy sets, HIIT, and the speed that Ronaldo’s football notes point at when they talk about top-end pace. fitanyx is filed here too, as the calculator for a cut — a plan you can point at a calorie target — rather than another athlete’s week.

Read Bol when you want the track. Read fitanyx when you want to estimate how a diet change shows up on a timeline, then go back to Ronaldo, Biles, or Djokovic for how a real plate is built. Sprinting and track & field are the narrower doors onto Bol’s same article.

Strength, conditioning, mobility, and diet all list her. The Olympic hub is the wider shelf, with swimming and gymnastics beside the track.

Start with Femke Bol’s hurdles camp — lifts, plyometrics, and the 400m engine.
