Series

Conor McGregor

Three pieces cover this camp, and they are meant to be read in order. The overview is the week as a whole: boxing, kicking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, the strength work, and the light days that keep the shoulders available. The boxing article narrows to the hands, the stance, and the yoga he uses between sessions. The third piece is not another McGregor diary. It is Dillon Danis, the BJJ coach who built the ground game the overview keeps pointing at.

That split matters. A single “McGregor workout” post would hide the coach and flatten the striking. The series keeps both. Each article also links the MMA hub and, where the sentence already supports it, the fighters he is compared with: Makhachev’s wrestling, Jones’ intervals, Djokovic’s mobility.

Other athletes on the site have one deep dive each. A series page waits until there are at least two posts. McGregor is the only name that qualifies. When you finish part three, the fight-skills hub is the wider shelf of striking and grappling, and the MMA category is every combat week we have filed.
